I have finished uploading the Interview I shot with the off grid family – get it Here.

I have also re-organised the Kit section of the site, after working out how to sort out sub pages

    I switched to using non-fluoride toothpaste about 9 months ago.

    I can’t distinguish any increase in health from this alone, as I have tweaked my diet and exercise a lot since but my teeth have not dropped out or decayed.
